Your account isn't in a sales, manager or executive group for My Auto Clips. Group changes can take up to an hour to reach the app. If you think this is wrong, contact IT.
Import a customer export (CSV) from VinSolutions. Duplicates, rows with no cell phone or email, Do Not Email / Do Not Call flags and customers who opted out are handled automatically.
"Clips created" counts pages; "Sent" counts pages a rep tapped a send button on (or a batch emailed). Salesperson totals are 1:1 clips only; batch sends are listed separately under each store. Views are counted when the customer's browser opens the page (link previews are not counted).
